The Lake Murray water level increased by just over one foot in January 2012. This is a normal increase as the lake level rises from a typical winter low in the range of 354-355 feet above sea level to a late spring-early summer high level of 358-359 feet above sea level.
On January 1, 2012, the lake level was at 355.35 feet elevation and ended the month at 356.42 feet.
